Battery question

SO, grabbed my batteries off the trailer the other day to charge them up for an upcoming trip. Surprisingly, they were still at 12.6 volts after sitting a few months.

I put them on my diehard microprocessor style charger and charged them up. They went from 70 percent to 100. The next morning, they were back down to 90 percent, and voltage was back down to like 12.9.

Kragen load tested and said they were fine.

Are the batteries suficient to use for an upcoming boondocking trip, or should they be replaced. I do not have solar yet, but am dragging a generator to use once or twice a day as needed.

I think you should be fine, especially seeing how you have the generator along.

A healthy 12v battery should be at 12.7v at rest. After charging they will read high for 12-24 hours, your's sounds good to me.
