213RBSL Broken 30amp Circuit Breaker

Well after the heavy rains & winds from Irma I went over to our storage site & checked out our camper. All looked good but the battery was dead and the battery box was filled with water (doubt they’re related, it was low a few weeks ago). So I disconnected the battery and tilted the battery box over to drain the water and pull the battery. Of course it caught on the frame rail and of course the battery clipped one of the circuit breakers mounted on the frame rail and broke it.

There are two of them but they have different middle two #’s. Is this a date code or does it mean something? I realize they are 12 volt 30 amp breakers.

The one closest to the camper says Shortstop 12V Y49 30A
The broken one closest to the tongue jack says Shortstop 12V Y28 30 A

Any ideas? Or do I just order a 30a circuit breaker with auto reset?
Also these have a plastic body, but I see metal bodied ones available too.

Thanks for your help!

They are both 12 volt 30 amp breakers. Stop by the local auto parts store and get the replacements. Metal case or plastic doesn't make a difference. Just ask for the auto reset, manual reset will work just as well.

There could be an instance where an auto reset might case a problem while troubleshooting an electrical problem. Whereas the manual will continue to be open until diagnosis is finished. It's an individual's option to decide what works best for them.
