2010 Rainier Reset button location/locations?

]My Hubby and I have bought our 1st TT. Shore power turns on all outlets, tv, and microwave. But no lights or 12 volt? Tested all fuses and all good. Does anyone know where we need to look for a reset button/buttons on this year and model? Thank you in advance for any & all replies. Sincerely djs

I'd start by locating your converter and check the fuse on it.

Have you checked the 12 volt on/off switch to make sure it is on. all the lights should be twelve volts

Check:
Circuit breaker on 115 volt service panel is tripped.
Possibly two fuses on 12 volt panel. My Kodiak Cub has a 30 amp supply fuse and a 40 amp reverse connection fuse. (not likely if you already checked the fuses.)
Battery disconnect switch near the door is off.
Battery disconnect somewhere else is off. Owners sometimes install one near the battery, but if so you should still have 12 volt lights when on shore power.
