2000 35SRV Generator Connection

I recently had a short in the 110V wiring coming from the 30A twist-lock inlet connector on the drivers side rear. I ran a new wire (under the body as I see no reasonable way to get through the interior as the original was). When I pulled the converter out to install the new wiring I found there were two #10 wires entering the converter. One is from the 110VAC shore power inlet and the other one is labeled "Generator". This unit is not equipped with a generator. Does anyone know where this wiring goes since if it is to a inlet I can't find it. I would like to be able to connect my external generator to this if I want to. Also I could have used it temporarily to power up shore power had I known it was available and where it was located. Of course it goes into the interior but it eludes me where it terminates for connection to a generator.

The wire should lead to a generator compartment somewhere, if it is pre-wired. Look for a compartment with a vent screen in the door. If you have a fifth wheel it is typically on of the front compartments behind the pin area. You need to tell us what type of unit you have, it would make it a lot easier to help. Most of us put it in our signature lines.

I am sorry. Should have put more camper specific info.
2000 Dutchman Classic 35SRV 5th wheel toy hauler.
No louvered door. Just the about 15" high storage compartment the entire width of the camper under the bedroom behind the 5th wheel.
Thanks
Sparks

That should be where it is, if the Battery is close by
