Westlake Tires

My Aerolite came with the same Akuret tires as the rest of Dutchmen's products. The only change I noted on my model trailer at the Hershey show was a different tire. Any experience with these?

I changed mine with less than 50 miles, so no experience. I beleive there is some opinions on one of the tire threads.

Our Voltage 3895 came with the westlake tires. After a couple of trips to the beach we changed them out for taskmaster G rated tires. No problem with them, but didn't want to worry about a blowout We put the westlake tires on our dump trailer.

That is what is on my Coleman CMS16FBS... I am leery of them. IMHO they are not substantial enough. I plan on going up to15" wheels and using Maxxis tires to get a better weight rating and more safety margin.

I immediately swapped my Westlake's for Michelin XPS Ribs. I refuse to allow damage to my trailer when the Chinese-made tires blow up.
