Is is possible to get a schematic or blue prints of what ever model RV you have that shows where the wall framing is?

Contact Dutchmen, and have them put you in touch with a dealer. They can send them to the dealer who can then pass them on. I have the bunkbed blueprints via this method.

That is my experience, no manuals. No specs, no schematics, no nuttin honey. Asked how the mechanics do repairs, service manager said “They just know”.

depends I think

I was installing a camera on a Apex TT. Called the customer service number and the guy emailed me a diagram showing stud location etc. That was for a 2017 Apex. Can't speak for others.

I tried to get wiring schematics for a Dutchmen Denali - they don't send them, and I'm convinced they don't have any. Never tried for construction drawings, but they probably wouldn't send those either. We now own an OutdoorRV TT. Their customer service personnel are very helpful, and attempt to satisfy any reasonable request.
