Tank sensor buttons

I have a 2017 Voltage 3605. The tank sensor lights quit working. When I press the buttons to check tank levels I get nothing. Anyone have an idea where to start checking. I already checked the fuses. I just got it out of the shop after 1 1/2 months anxious don't have time for that again. Thanks

As far as I know, these things, fed by 12 VDC from somewhere, route that signal to the various sensors through the switches. Since nothing is working, it is either 12 volts going to the box or the box itself. You might pop the thing out of it's mount/box, and check on the connections behind. A check with a voltmeter might indicate if you're getting power. No power - chase the wire. Power OK - replace the box.

I am going to guess that the ground lead to the panel is loose or broken if none of them work. Pop the panel and look for a disconnected wire. If I get a chance I will see if I can figure out which one it is.

Check behind the panel for a loose or disconnected wire. Happened to me on the outside light switch.

I pulled the panel. The panel model is (KIB) m-1531. The tank monitor shows to be a m-s401. The wiring to the tank monitor board has electricity.

Does anything (lights) on the panel work?

Problem solved (kinda). When I first removed the panel I did check the connection and the wires were firmly attached. Of course I took it all apart, did some research, posted here, then went back and plugged it back in and the sensors worked. I'm a genius. I can fix anything. Thank all you who contributed.
