Sway Bar

Has anyone purchased products from Autoplicity? We are newbies and wanted a sway bar for our travel trailer. After shopping around, we found the one we wanted and did some comparison shopping. We found it on sale on Autoplicity's website. I did some research on the website and found glowing reviews for them. We ordered the one we wanted. When we received the package, it was a cheaper, lighter model from the one we ordered. After several calls and being told their systems were down, I got a customer service rep who said she could help. I explained to her that they had put the sku for the cheaper one on the one we had ordered. She said they would issue a call tag. I asked her three times if they would send the correct one when they received they incorrect one back. Three times the answer was yes. We sent it back and today received notice that they had credited our payment to our card account, which is they did according to our account. This almost sounds like a bait and switch that they weren't expecting to be caught at. The difference in the price of the one we ordered and the cheaper one we received was over hundred dollars. Thoughts?

I would check this site out. Anti-sway Bars | etrailer.com
Have ordered parts from them before with NO problems at all.

I will second etrailer. I have bought a fair bit from them over the years.

There are a bunch of Etrailer YouTube videos that compare and rate WDH's and sway control methods. Definitely worth watching if you're in the market for one.
