Slides on Denail 2014 266rl

The dealer delivered and set up our travel trailer on our get away property. The two slides will not go in. The awning is working from the control panel. Any thoughts?

Are you hooked up to AC Power? If not, here are a few things to check.
I am assuming that your battery is on since the awning is working. But you need to check your battery voltage. You can do that at the control panel by the touch screen control display. Just hit the BATT button and it will display your volts. If it is low, charge your battery or hook to power and try to close them.

In the front pass through storage area by the door (opposite side of the front door or I think they call it the curb side), is you remote relay control board. At least this is where mine is. It is a black box with relays and fuses. Check the two 30AMP fuses. If you had low voltage, it could have blown them.

Now, I learned this hard way. You can not leave the battery connected for any long period of time. It will complete drain in 48 or 72 hours. I believe the remote control system drains the battery pretty fast. Also, always make sure you antenna power is off when not using it. Mine is located behind the main TV. If the LED is lit, then its on and that thing takes a lot of power.

Hopefully this provides you some help. If not let me know.

Did you get your 266RL from BourbonRV? Those guys have been really good to me on service. (Though they are never in a hurry to communicate, they have taken care of my warrantee items with no problems.)

Eric

Hi. We have the RV hooked up to electric power. Purchased from Bourbon RV. They have been really great so far...
