I have not noticed anything on ours... can you be a bit more specific? Where did it crack? any photo's?

Our's sits in the drive set up as a guest house,( but ready to roll on a disaster, it does double duty as my ARES groups mobile command center also) so the slides are extended most of the year.

The cracked frame is inside the wall near the floor . No pictures yet, I noticed the slide wasn’t coming in properly . The tech says it sags about 1 inch

If you are keeping the slides out fulltime I’d recommend blocking or jacks under the slide frame to support the weight

Update in my slide frame crack on our 291RESL
Manufacturer paid to have the aluminum frame welded , replaced the slide motor and gear box, and all interior wall materials . Even paid my deductible got my extended warranty . They wouldn’t admit fault but took care of it 200%
Now waiting for a chance to get it back out and start camping again

Congratulations... that's quite an accomplishment. how did you do it? The "usual" is that the manufacturers say it's our fault and not covered!
