Slide Adjustment Period

Hi,

My husband and I are the owner's of a 2013 Infinity. We purchased new in April. The first month we could not use our coach because the kitchen faucet was not working properly. We finally got to use our camper the month of July. Love every minute of it.

While using pretty regularly during the month we notice some slight warranty issues. I contacted Camping World Tampa and scheduled warranty service. Taking our coach in, the service adviser told us that there is only a 90 day adjustment warranty for the slides and other mechanical issues.

Has anyone else heard of this?

No I haven't. wouldn't put it passed CW however. I think most warranties are a least 12 months from dealers, of course other items (appliances) have their own, maybe longer than a year? Roof has a longer factory warranty. Look at your paperwork closely.. others should chime in on the topic. Good luck.

Paper work on mine says one year, nothing about an adjustment period.

Camping World is probably too lazy to do the warranty claim form.
