Selling Tips

Pretty sure I'm going to sell the toyhauler and go with a residential type 5th wheel since we don't bring the bike with us anymore. Waiting for some prices on a Riverstone rear bedroom. My question is I've never sold an RV before, so I'm looking for some tips and pointers beyond putting it up on this site and RV Trader. Staging, location, time of year, etc. Dealer on trade is was saying 50 grand but like most people selling, I think it's worth much more (2015 3990 full paint, fully loaded, and many after market extras like Traveler satellite, washer/dryer, etc., etc.) Any tips would be appreciated. Thinking new unit will be close to 85, so as much as I can get for the 3990 would be a huge help. Thanks.
