You should have two AC adapters for power. One for the receiver and one for the LNB. The older LNBs were provided power through the coax cable but with the SWM system a power inserter is used, that's the second AC adapter.

There's a short jumper coax that goes from the power inserter/AC supply to the receiver.

the receiver is a standard 110 supply, the inserter is also 110. I also have a SWM splitter.

I guess I misunderstood the question about how you would power the LNB.

use one of these
https://www.amazon.com/Directv-Volt-..._&dpSrc=detail

with this:
https://www.amazon.com/DIRECTV-SL3-S.../dp/B003ZT28GC

problem is where to place the transformer in the system since my RV has separate inputs on the outside of the rig for sat connections.
