Reputable Repair facility

I resent had a very pleasant experience with a local RV repair facility in Innisfil Ontario (about 45 min north of Toronto). After 20 years as a Jayco, Starcraft and KZ dealer the owner has decided to retire, but the business is staying open as a repair facility for all brands. They said they deal with most aftermarket extended warranties an since I've been having a problem with my hot water heater I decided to give them a call. My extended warranty has a $100 deductible so no matter the how big or small the issue it was going to be $100 plus tax. I dropped it off in in the second week of September, thinking it won't be ready until October some time, much to my surprise they called yesterday and said the unit was ready and it was no charge. What that's you say, an RV dealer not charging???. Turns out it was just a loose wire in a spot you couldn't see unless you really got into and behind the heater. Since it was an easy fix they didn't want to submit it through the extended warranty and they didn't feel right about charging me for the inspection and fix. Damn was I surprised and quite happy about that.

So if anyone is in the central Ontario area and has some issues with they unit, please call the RV Warehouse at 705-458-4774. They're located just of Hwy 400 and Hwy 89.

Buy those fellas a case of beer! So very few and far between that anyone does something for nothing these days.

GOOD places are VERY difficult to find for RV repairs. Congratulations on your find.
