The one that says a/v. If it doesn’t work, probably not hooked up.

Our radio has an front/rear balance that controls the inside/outside volume. To play through the outside speakers only we setup it fully to the rear. I've not been able to figure out how to play the TV audio through it at all.

If you have a recent Jensen unit, it likely has several input RCA type jacks that you can hook up to the RCA output jacks that are still on many TVs. Find a stereo RCA cable and hook up to the Jensen input jacks and to your TV’s audio output jacks and you should be in business after you select the correct input source on the Jensen. E Our 2017 Denali has a pop up big screen TV hooked into the Jensen audio system and it works great. It’s not 5.1 surround but it is stereo and sounds as good as the cheap ceiling speakers can sound.

TV has Audio Out via RCA and/or optical cable(s), or maybe an HDMI cable. Can you follow these to audio inputs at rear of Jensen unit? If connected, make sure your TV audio menu selection has external speakers selected. Then there is probably a button on the stereo face (and remote?) that needs to be switched on to an external device (which would be your TV, vs AM or FM or satellite radio, vs DVD player). The TV and/or Jensen manuals together should explain this.

Your inside speakers should be Speaker A, and outside Speaker B. You can select separately, or A + B both, but there is likely only one volume control, ie you can’t have different volume levels for A and B if you have A + B selected. Your TV dialogue volume will likely be controlled using the Jensen.
