Near Saratoga, it's called the snowy bypass south of i-80,near Laramie wy. Peaks of the mountain can be as high as 12700ft. Beutiful area, 34 camping areas mostly rustic.

Fishing Bridge RV Park in Yellowstone. We had a buffalo walk by about 4 trailers away. They pack you in at Fishing Bridge, but its the only full hook up in the park. Well worth it for me.. The Class C is my Dads who met me out there for a few days.

Here are a couple from the week after Memorial Day. We were providing support for 46 pageant girls camping out.

I can't believe you're towing that rig with a single axle Pics are great!

That big block building has 8 complete bathrooms in it, along with it's own septic system. All of the girls particpate in the Miss North Carolina Pageant/Miss NC Outstanding Teen pageant. Then the winner goes onto the Miss America/Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageants.

I was there to oversee the camping and cooking. This was our first year doing it and we definitely will be back next year. We (my lovely bride and the dog) set up the weekend and scheduled the facility and activities for them. If everyone came there would be close to 85 young ladies there. Typically it is about 45-50. A couple of years ago they did a similar event at one of the state parks and there were issues with some of the less than stellar members of the general public. We located this facility, Camp Barnhardt. It is a BSA facility but they allow other groups to utilize it. Our young ladies were able to enjoy the climbing wall, water front, zip lines, challenge courses and the swimming pool. In addition they all slept in tents and cooked over an open fire for the entire 3-4 days they were there. The really nice part is that the camp is closed and we are the only group there for the entire weekend. So the parents are relieved and the girls can have fun and not have to worry about getting hassled or propositioned. I guess you could say that my official title is Papa Bear.

It is all my bride's fault BTW. She has been involved in one way or another with the Miss America pageant system on the local and state level for over 35 years. She is currently the Executive Director of one of the local pageants that feeds the state pageant. I think that will be going away next year, but we will still continue to support the young ladies. They are an amazing group and never cease to amaze me with what they are capable of doing.

I guess you could look at it as my having 46 adopted daughters

Aaron

When we purchased our 3950, I told the DW that we would need to replace our F-350 SRW with a dually before we did any distance traveling.
Well against my better judgement, we towed from Panama City, Fl to upstate Ny a couple weeks ago using the SRW.
I know the posted weights and all of the arguments about duallies handling the load stability better, but wife said we are going!
Let this stand as a testament that the trailer stability control that Ford built in to the super duties is totally Awsome! (Not to mention the engineering/liability fudge factor)
Four times during our round trip we drove through heavy thunder squalls with high whipping winds. If I felt the wind kick the voltage around, by by the time it got my attention and I looked in my mirrors, the truck had it corrected, dead center in my lane, no it never crossed lanes as far as I am able to ascertain. Between the triple axles and the Ford stability control, I feel this combo tows awesome, and stops as I command it to also.
Do I recommend individuals towing with a SRW, not by published numbers, but I would not hesitate again.
Do I know it could endanger my family and others? Yes but I am very comfortable with the ability of the tow combination.
Sorry to hijack the thread.

PS, I got 10.4 calculated mpg on that trip.
