Norcold Frig recycling

Our Norcold frig appears to be stuck in some sort of recycling mode. I hear it cycle up, and then immediately cycles down. Then begins the cycle again. While it is keeping the frig cool, the freezer is not freezing hard. Anybody know why and what we should check?

By cycling do you mean you heater the burner cycle on and off?

I think so - We are hooked to electricity so it isn't a propane issue.
