Mine is mounted in the back wall of my trailer, (rear kitchen) and I am on my third one. The flap keep breaking off on mine. I don't know if it is really a difference or not, but I replaced it with a white on, and it hasn't broke. Possible difference in the plastic??
Anyway you can pick these up at the dealer, or on line. Not very expensive. You will need the water proof tape (cant remember what is called) to properly install it.

I don't know if this the exact brand, but it should fit. I don't have the trailer any more so I can measure it for you. My Concord has a different one.

Or you can buy the Ventline version. It is probably a bit better made than the OEM one. They all pretty much fit the same sized hole, just double check the dimensions.

The waterproof tape is called butyl tape or putty tape, sometimes known as bedding tape.
