The real problem with gauges for the LPG is that what you can actually get out of it is dependent on the temperature. The colder it gets the less you will get from the tank. I will admit that I have gauges on mine, but I really have not figured out how the gauges react to cold temps. We are going to find out in March.

I release the strap and lift the tank to see how full it is.

Interesting device I think it is like one I had on an old BBQ. It is basically a weight scale I believe. Thanks for checking Sundancer let us know what they say.

The Gaswatch Digital Tank Scales currently only work with the 20 lb tanks. Maybe in the future they will include the 30 lb tanks.
