Lose of power to control indicator lights

2013 voltage 3950 -have a issue with not having power to control panel for tank level. I have removed the panel in the cabinet and No fuses behind. I checked the 12 volt main panel fuses No blown fuses there. Has anyone had this issue and know where the fuse or power connection may be located? Any thoughts would be a great way to get the power back on.
