Sweet Overkill,

Have you proceeded with the lemon law issue? Have you had any success getting your rig put into a like new condition?

My 2015 3970 has been in the shop more than 4 months of the 12 that I have used it. It was supposed to be ready more than 6 weeks ago. The service center called today to let us know that they cannot fix the floor in the bedroom. They can patch the carpet, they can even replace the carpet, but cannot repair it and put it in a like new condition.

I've had enough. What to do? Who to call?

The thread is almost two years old and OP hasn't been around for awhile that I recall.

I guess that's what I like most about forums like this one. You can learn, and apply what you learn...ask questions...and then not have your rig at the dealer for 4 months.

Mine's not ever going to see the dealer again if I can help it!! No reason to!!

We had good success with filling the Lemon Law. Dutchmen ended up settling out of court. We got a brand new 2016 replacement. We live on Texas. I don't know how the Lemon Law works in other states. But you can go online and search lemon law in your state. Make sure you have everything documented from each time your toyhauler was in the shop. Also take pictures and video of everything that is wrong with it. The sooner you do it the better.
