Leaving Dutchmen

Well I made the decision to leave the 5th wheel world and go to a Class A Motor Coach. I traded in the Voltage V3200 and the diesel truck on a new Winnebago Vista 35f. Lots of features that we didn't have in the 5er and standard features that we had to add-on in the Voltage. We are really looking forward took many more years of camping.

The decision was not made due to any issues with the Voltage. It was a great RV. We just got a great deal on a unit that seems to be very well made and has an excellent reputation. My wife really likes the fact of a bath and a half. I actually have more storage in the Vista than I did in the Voltage.

I also am looking forward to the great owners club which is sponsored by Winnebago and many region sponsors. There are 6 groups just in Ohio and are very active.

I wanted to thank everyone on the forum that has given me ideas and help. It has been a pleasure. I wish you the best with your units and maybe we will meet down the road.

Sincerely
Bill, Sallie and Bella (Standard Poodle)

We Downsized from a 38 ft Mtr Hm to a 35 ft Fifth wheel to a 28 ft (34ft OAL) Travel trailer. We are in our 70's and wanted to enjoy our remaining years by staying in one place Longer. The Mtr Hm was fine when we traveled a lot and moved from place to place. The fiver had to many steps and the wife has a bad back. The TT works for us. Good Luck and Know you will enjoy your Mtr Hm.

Voltage has several models with bath and a half, like my 3600. We may go to a class A someday, too, but I sure will miss my ramp patio when we do.
