I used the recall forum on the FIC web site and asked them to send me two extra keyed alike locks for the slam latch. According to the web site I should have my new locks in 3-4 weeks.

I changed my storage compartment locks today and no longer have the common CH751 code. When I was in town yesterday, I stopped at the locksmith to see if they had a couple of keyed alike locks, they did. I replaced the lock and the thumb latch on the storage compartment, at least the crooks are going to have to work a little harder.

That's worrisome for $56 you can buy a ring of all the FIC key combinations, it keeps getting harder and harder to keep honest people honest. Geez...
