Is it Spring Yet?

Hi folks, thought I'd drop in as I'm starting to get the bug to hit the road again. Reading these posts doesn't help as this picture is my trailer parked at my place right now. Damn, might be a while yet. Have to live through you folks for now.

Yeah, depressing is a good word for it. I love winter but by this time I'm ready for it to end. Now you know why we don't give you sympathy when you tell us it's too hot, LOL.

Holy Crap! One of the mildest winters to date in Tennessee, it was 70f here on Sunday. Not unusual to have snow and colder temps(20f or so) here. Our Spring starts in 3 weeks, so have fun.

Very depressing photo. We have had a mild winter here. Now that I have said it I will probably wake up to 12" of snow tomorrow. If I do I am moving.

I feel for you.... NOT!

I spent the previous week in the southern tier region of NY, the day I left it was 9°.

This was this past weekend here in the Coastal Plains of NC.

We just returned from our first trip this season (Sesquicentennial State Park in Columbia, SC). T-shirt and short weather the entire time.

Hopefully Spring will arrive for you, soon!

Nearly 70 here today. Weird for this time of year. Will probably be 10 with a foot of snow next week.

I have to put on long johns to look at the picture, It was almost 80 here today, but a cold snap is moving in tonight and the temp will plummet to 38 deg. then start to warm back up tomorrow night.

C'mon warm weather ... get your butt to central Ohio!

I went out mid-week last week and bought a lot of the unglamorous necessities for my new TT (sewer hose, water hose, ...) Then it got cold-ish again.

This past Sunday it was supposed to be only a high of 33 deg, so I had determined that my purchases would ride along with me in my van for a few more weeks before finding their way home to the camper. Sunday was beautiful! Chilly, but the sun was warm and there wasn't any wind. I got to go play for a while ... put hoses away, install some of the cabinet liners, put some miscellaneous dishes away. Swap out the table that came with it to a much lighter/easier to manipulate option. Yadda, yadda.

My "to buy" list is getting short and I'm now really chomping at the bit to get out!

And I am hoping it warms up to 60 so I can head for the lake this weekend!

We were pushing 80° and I made a reservation to go camping... then the temps dumped and we got snow over the weekend. Probably should have gone anyway. So we are going this weekend instead. Calling for rain Saturday morning, hopefully that will knock the pollen down.
