Help with hub and bearings

We have a new to us 1995 dutchmen 26 fk.while towing it home, the tire flew off because of a wheel bearing .Now we need a hub My question is:how do you know what hub and bearings to use for replacement? Our mechanic cannot match up any hubs with old one.we cannot locate any part numbers.Getting so frustrated.Any ideas or help would be appreciated.Hoped to have it fixed before warm weather is gone.Thank you

There should be a tag on the axle tube somewhere with the manufacturer and the axle number. I have no clue what brand of axle that Dutchmen was using that far back. Dexter and AlKo are two possibilities.

Unfortunately Dutchman doesn't do things consistently or keep records of what they do.
