exploding / failing thermal windows

On a recent trip one of the side windows in our TT exploded for no reason and another one lost the seal and fogged up. (frame less thermal windows)
Anyone out there have this experience? if so did you deal with manufacturer or insurance provider?

The only time I've seen anything like that on a double glazed window, was a window that the owner had installed a solar film on the interior glass.

I had a dealer tell me that he will not order trailers with thermo pane windows for just that reason. He said altitude changes cause the problem. I found that interesting because we owned a Discovery diesel pusher for years and never had a problem.

Sounds like a bunch of bull to me.

Our town is at 3600' and we have towed the camper from sea level to the top of the Rockies and never had a problem in ten years.
