It's a 5 year old link.
Websites have much shorter lifespans than that.
Add to the fact Keystone is now in charge of Dutchman, so I suspect we are currently in the baton-passing phase in many aspects.
Here is the current link for the customer service info on Dutchman's website: Dutchmen RV Contact Us
The email link for customer service is ownerrealtions@keystonerv.com
Pretty much reveals the current situation

Customer Service is a JOKE
Does anyone know the phone number and e-mail address of a division manager or even better of Matt Zimmerman the CEO of Keystone other than the published number which is the corporate number and they wont give any information.
I am having serious problems trying to get anything done. They never return phone calls.
Very frustrating with loose wiring, roof leaks and a myriad of other problems. I paid almost $3K for an extended warranty which is absolutely useless if no one will do the work.
Someone please send me e-mail addy and/or phone number of someone in upper management.
Thanks in advance

I feel your pain. The dealer that Dutchmen customer service sent me to, had mine for a two week evaluation period and didn't even take the 15 minutes to look at it. When I called Dutchman customer service back, she put me on hold and called the service manager. He told her that I never brought it in for him to look at. The whole rv industry is nothing but lies. Lies from liars telling more lies. I will never buy another new rv. There's no need because the warranty is worthless. I dare any Dutchmen dealer within a days drive of East Tennessee to prove me wrong. I dare you!

Funny thing is Dutchman customer service says they will pay to fix all the issues but no one will do the work. Wonder what they would do if I show up at the factory with it? [emoji39]

Ask them to arrange with a dealer all of the repairs they need to do. Get a letter of introduction from them with the dealer's name in it with whom they have made the arrangements. There usually is a district manager for Dutchmen sales and he can also coordinate. he was instrumental when we purchased our RV in getting us the things we wanted.

That's what the last attempt was supposed to be. Strange thing is, when I dropped it off the service manager was nice, sympathetic and I thought something would be done. He evens knows my cousins in Charlotte. He wouldn't even come out of the shop and talk to me when I went to pick it up and won't return my calls either. Don't have a clue why.

Good tip, I'll call Dutchman customer service and try to get a district manager.

Good Luck with that. The Swbd Operator at keystoneRV.com will not give me a supervisors name or extension.
if you have better luck than me, please let me know who you got and what extension it is.
I know that Matt Zimmerman is the CEO. there is a published number on the internet, but no one answers and it doesn't take messages.

I think I still have his business card, I will look for it when I get back to Tampa.
By the way, I did a google search for dutchmen regional sales managers and there is a bunch to be found.
Dutchmen Names Christensen as Western RSM | RV Business
They even listed his phone number!

Good information except it's dated January 2014. Managers are disposable, RV managers are like the wind, here today and gone tomorrow.
That dude is probably long gone by now,or should be.

I just used that as an example. Didn't search too far but with a little time, I am sure you could find something current...

Thanks Frank! I read this and almost choked on my Coke. And I quote, "Craven noted, “It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that helped set so many industry benchmarks. Dutchmen leads the way in product innovation and development, as well as product quality and customer/dealer support.”
Really?!? Prove it...
