Awning Leak

I have a 2016 Aerolite 213RBSL that has a water leak over the door running down the wall from the awning. I haven't yet figured out how to stop the leak. Has anyone had this issue and whose how to fix it?

I fixed mine by getting on the roof and applying a sealer to the sewn edge seam, took ten minutes and it hasn't leaked since. The stuff I used is called "gear aid" seam sealer.

Of course that's if there are no visible tears in the fabric.

Thanks for the input. I ordered the Gear Aid Seam Sealer from Amazon and try it.

Also look for joints in the awning rail, they may need sealant too.

It took me awhile to finally fix the awning leak using Gear Aid Seam Sealer. I applied it to the seems and it fixed the two leaks I had. I appreciate the help that was given to me.
