You can use an old carpenter's trick to fix that issue. Take out the screws, get a wood golf tee or a piece of wood that you can fill the hole with, coat it with white glue (elmer's), then replace the screw. good as new!
To repair a loose door hinge:
Remove the loose screws.
Coat a wooden golf tee with glue.
Tap the tee into the hinge screw hole with a hammer.
Score the tee with a utility knife flush with the mortise.
Break the tee off even with the bottom of the mortise.
Allow the glue to dry.

Works for just about any loose screw stuff. I use a golf tee because it usually fits (depending on the size) but you can use sliver a wood also that you have cut from a larger piece.
