2013 Coleman 271RB

I just purchased this camper. When I was closing the large slide out I noticed the floor rising up about 2” on the slide like it wasn’t sliding in properly. Is this normal operation. I went and looked under the slide and noticed one of the brackets has moved from where it was. Could this be the problem. Also I noticed when the slide is closed it’s flush on the top but the bottom seems to be out a inch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can't speak to the rising up issue but the top or bottom being in or out more than the other is normal. Many times it's more than an inch.
