2003 35SRV Toy Hauler Short Freeze Protection

I am "South" but not far enough! The forecast is saying two days dipping below freezing. One night 18°. Daytime just above freezing. We have seen 30 to 32° nights with no issues.
I am hoping someone with experience in this same unit sees this and has experience and will reply.
I have no fresh water on board an fresh water tanks are drained and open.
I will of course be on board and keeping the furnace running. I know the shower and bedroom and toilet are inside the forward baggage compartment where the heat for the bedroom runs. I am at a COE with sewer so all waste valves will be open. I will either disconnect the fresh water hose over night or may buy some pool noodles and a heat tape from Walmart. No camping supply is nearby unfortunately.
The concern is where the water transverses from the under sink area which will be open to the cabin and warm to the heated baggage compartment to the toilet and bedroom sink where it enters the warmed baggage compartment.
My thought is the heat ductwork in the floor should protect this.
Not thinking of blowing it all out unless necessary.
Any one with experience wish to comment please?

I would NOT keep all your drains open. You are asking for problems especially with your black tank and drain if you do. Are you heading further "south". If so not to worry as a low over night usually will not cause problems. Put some water in the fresh water tank. Larger volumes of water take longer to freeze. DO disconnect your water line.

Thanks for the quick reply Tom. So you think water and waste in with tank heaters on then is better than drained? Yes going further south!! Will be here a few days though. Will take your advise and disconnect the fresh water hose.

If you have tank heaters then yes turn them on. As long as you're running your heaters you should be fine.

What I do with weather similar to that...

All valves closed, put water in the fresh tank and pull the hose. If you are running the furnace you should be fine. If you have tank heaters use them. This is making the assumption you have 120 volt power.
