Wheel Chocks, Homemade

I made these back in 2003. These are made of scrap wood(treated) 2X4s and 1/2" all thread.
I also made a set for a friend. He likes them and is using them on his third trailer. After selling my first trailer, I used them on my second trailer. I gave them away when I sold that one. I need to make another set for the trailer I now own. They're very inexpensive to make.
Once installed, the trailer is locked down and prevent the for/aft movement.
Some people I gave the plans to, made theirs out of 4X4s.

Re: Wheel Chocks, Homemade

I had bought a set of factory chocks like yours for a previous camper. They were too small for the space on my Dutchman, so I used your Idea and measured the space between wheels and made new chocks out of 2x4's using original hardware...Came out GREAT! Thanks for the idea..
