Tail Lights

I have installed extra led lights to the back of the 3950. Simple install, brand is optronics, about $20.00 each.

I'm going to get around to this mod. Just enjoying using it right now. Would like to move the license plate.... just looks bad there.

I agree on the license plate. As only six more days before our 4,000 mile vacation I have more pressing thing to do now before we leave. Weatherman is talking one teens next week . Sure wouldn't get much done after I get home from work next week.

Jean - would you like to share how you ran your wiring????

We purchased lights - we are still trying to determine how we want to attempt to run the wires.....we have a Rubicon and some of the Voltage wire runs will NOT work for us!

Thanks!

I ran the wires in the channels inside the garage doorway. I drilled holes through the channels using extra long bolts approx. 2 1/4 inches long. Once lights were mounted I started at the top light. You should have red, black and white wires. I built my owner harness using same colored wires, running wires to the floor. At each light i soldered the light wires to the harness wiring. Drilled hole in floor at the base of the channel, ran wires thru floor to connnect to exisisting rear lights again, (red, white and black). Used plastic loom to cover wires.
