Yes they should and I've had them up sense march with none falling or coming loose. I thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned the walls than let completely dry. With the stainless I used pls construction adhesive and than put silicone around the edges and to countertop .
I installed the same tile in my main bathroom on my Voltage. I used liquid nails to help hold them in place. Went 4300 miles on vacation with no problem. Trailer sits out in the desert sun at my house & tile is still in place.

So the tile glues directly to the existing wall, or did you put in some sort of backer board? Are the tiles very heavy? I don't want to add to much weight to my trailer.

X2 on not being heavy. But a bit of advice .... layout the sheets of tile on a flat surface and wrap your brain around how it is going to work for each wall you plan on covering. When you install start with the bottom row and work your way up and from left to right. Also add 15-20% to the square footage so you can cut in corners and top. The tiles are directional(as in One over laps the other).
