Go for the obvious. Check that " new " fuse. Make sure it's really good. Use a volt meter if possible. Sometimes they look good but are not. At least to my old eyes ha

Outside light control

Did you turn your outside light on with a remote control? My Dutcnment Denali came with a remote for the outside light and jacks. Once I turned the outide light on with the remote. Later, I tried to turn it of with the inside rocker switch I was not until I went back to the remote that I was able to turn it off. It then behaved properly with the rocker switch.

Under canopy light strip can be controlled from 3 different sources, if so equipped. The rocker switch, hand held remote, and the touch panel that controls awning, slides, & light. When my 2014 Denali 330RLS was under warranty, I took it back to dealer cause light was on. They told me they replaced the rocker switch. A lie as usual. When it happened again, this retired electrician finally figured it out! I never relied on them again. Good thing, as they went out of business.
