Front A frame and rear storage boxes

I need to add more outdoor storage.
For the front A frame I would be up for removing ( or moving) the battery to add storage behind the propane tanks. Nothing heavy, just the towing items, jack, blocks.
For the rear, I'm thinking just a pickup bed box.

I removed my spare tire from the rear and bought a spare tire lift from Amazon and mounted the spare under the battery.

And then I mounted a pickup bed box on the rear bumper.

I assume you have a travel trailer. If so, you don't have many choices to move the batteries. Don't put them in an enclosed bay as the gases could pose a problem.

Both of these mods are in this section but I couldn't find them when I searched.

If you go with the AGM batteries you can put them in an enclosed place...

You might look at the "PowerArmor Max" box listed on this page. It's a combo battery box and storage box that should work for the items you listed for storage. It's vented and has holes for the battery cables.
