Dinette in our small trailer

Next year I'm either going to rip out the silly little L-shaped "dinette" in our travel trailer and replace it with a nice lightweight sofa,

or...

trade up on the whole rig

If you go the sofa route, please post pics. Wife and I are not a fan of our flimsy dinette and are thinking of pulling it out for a sofa as well. I don't want to lose all the under seat storage though. Not high on the priority list right now as we have a baby on the way.

Ours was even smaller, the CTS 14FD. Within a year, we realized that we didn't want the bed to be the table. We wanted to be able to have one person sleeping, the other up drinking coffee. We traded up after owning it just 13 months, looked to stay with Coleman/Dutchmen, but ended up with another fine brand. We went to a 25 ft, no slide outs, that has a bedroom with curtain, bigger bath, sink, fridge, and couch. Should have known something when the finance guy at the first purchase said, "a nice starter..." We thought it would last a lifetime! LOL.

Don't forget the water heater is under there too.

Ours works for us at the moment. But when we purchased we knew it was only going to be for a couple of years. Right now we are waiting on some of my wife's health issues to get ironed out then we will be looking for a replacement.
