You want to tap one wire from the relay contacts into the power feed + and the other wire from the relay contacts into the wire feeding the rear lights. Don't use the common - wire on the switch. The relay contacts jump out the switch on the control panel when connected to the tow vehicle and in reverse. I just used those little crimp tap connectors.
Thanks. I get the gist of it and understand the relay

This is what i have in the panel... WHITE (ground) YELLOW W/WHITE STRIPE (12V power) ORANGE W/WHITE STRIPE are the lights...
I can't see any damage occurring, I used the relay to isolate the truck system from the coach system. The 12vdc on that side of the panel would be sourced by the converter when plugged in to shore line. Again most likely no problem, I'm just used to isolating things from my industrial days...

Latch to hold what looks like propane door open. I put those on mine too for setting up while there is wind or a breeze.

Thats exactly what they are... The coach didn't come with any, and from the forum again... I found out that if you put it in the right spot on the street-side or wet-bay side you can use the catch for both the propane door as well as the wet bay door!!!

Thanks thompwil, I got scared there for a minute!

Did same on mine and yes, the one on the street side is a double duty as well.
