We just hit it right...the lake can be very unpredictable weather wise...we have to see your part of the country..sooner rather later. So many great places to go.

Re: Arrow Lakes 2011

Fantastic pics!!

Speaking of canoeing on unpredictable lakes - we were on a lake in Peter Lougheed park once and the waves started - wasn't sure we were going to make it back. Had to go perpendicular to the waves or we would have toppled for sure, and that water was COLD!!

California is good for just about anything. We have great lakes and rivers, the Sierra Mountains, All in Yosemite NP. Deserts In Death Valley NP, beaches like Seacliff SB and Sunset SB (both in Northern California) and beautiful Redwoods up in Redwood NP. You can surf in the morning then drive up to the Sierras and ski in the afternoon. Pretty amazing place, but you definitly pay for it. Taxes, taxes and more taxes!

Re: Arrow Lakes 2011

All your camping scenes look awesome, I'm jealous!!! I also like how your Kodiak has the cool pic on the side by the door, ours only has the Kodiak/mountain scene on the front.
