I have a 2001 Harley Springer Softail and yes I'm taking it. This will be my 14th year going but only my second camping, we always rented a house before we got the camper. We make it our family vacation. I take my son who is now 10 and my parents who watch him will me and the wife go and goof off on the bike.

I think we had the most bikes I have ever seen at our Thunder Beach rally here in Panama City last weekend.

Sadly, 3 bikers lost their lives last weekend, so ya'll be safe!

Hey Hillbilly, question, have never been to ocean lakes but have several others there at myb, but you cannot ride your bikes in the campground and I don't like that. Can you at Ocean Lakes?

Can't ride through in ocean lakes. I like it because at 2am I don't hear " bubba whatch this". I made a dolly that hooks behind my golfcart and so I can just tow it back to my camper.

OK I would rather leave my golf cart at front parking lot rather than my Harley, pretty good idea. Usually they enforce quiet time by 10:00 or 11:00 at Pirateland and Lakewood and others. Lake wood campground lets you ride in only during bike week, but my camper is not there.
Be safe and enjoy bike week, on my way down Thursday.
