Work light won't work

Ok, so I finally found something that doesn't work. It's not a terrible thing, but all the same it should actually illuminate. It's the outside work light toward the front of the trailer.

I checked for voltage, and there was none. Thought the bulb might be burned out, but it's good. No fuses blown. No breakers tripped. Acts like it's just not wired into the system.

Anyone have any ideas? It should come on when the other work lights go on. I may have to take the rig back and have the service guys take a look. If that's the only issue, well, I'll take it!

Check the switch on the light panel. The wire goes from light to switch panel. It is ran thru the basement up the wall.

The switch itself is good and controls multiple outside lights. Just that one light toward the front is not working. It's just very odd.

My light above the main door has the same issue. All other lights work, i suspected the bulb as well, but there is no power at all to that socket.

I would say the wires are not hooked up at the light or wire is cut somewhere

I would think the wire is not hooked up. My work light the same one your talking about wouldn't turn off. It turned out both sides were wired hot.

I will pull the panel and have a look to see if anything is obvious. Thanks for the suggestions. Worst case, I'll have to take it in to the service center.

Unless the light above the main entry door shares a switch with another light, I don't think I even have a switch for it. My top row of red buttons are the outside lights. There are 5 light switches, and the awning rocker switch.

Switch 1 - Amber lights underneath both entry doors/steps
Switch 2 - Front Flood light, awning side
Switch 3 - Flood light between slides, driver side
Switch 4 - Flood light above rear entry door.
Switch 5 - Flood lights above garage ramp

Can someone tell me what switch on their panel operates the top flood light near their main entry door?

Also the "Voltage" logo doesn't glow blue as I've seen in all of the brochures. Is it supposed to?

The porch light for me is operated by the 'work' switch. Of course, and should always be remembered, what a switch does in one rig doesn't mean it's the same even if it's the same model, year and flavor.

The Voltage logo should be a nice blue at all times. If in doubt, see above.

Pulled the panel. Everything is hooked up. All looks normal to me. Oh well. If I ever have to take the rig in for something major, I'll have them fix the light at that time.

The Voltage logo is not backlit on mine. It glows after it absorbs ambient light. When I turn on the LED lights, it really soaks up the light and glows a bright blue for hours, slowly fading until more light hits it and wakes it up.

I have a floodlight over the entry door. The switch that operates this light is "work light 2" and is the fifth switch in the series.

Are you only doing a visual diagnosis on this problem or are you putting a meter on the connections and wiring?

Meter shows no voltage at the fixture. Everything else attached to switches in the panel works. I'm not losing any sleep over this one anymore. It'll get fixed eventually.
