Ha! My salesman told me the same thing when I bought my little 14' Coleman. You know, the $10K "entry" model. He told me the outlets would come alive when camping on battery power. (Being a former electronic tech) I asked "how?" He said, "I don't know, they just do!" He was gone the next time I went in a few weeks later.

Ha, when the salesman says

Magic outlets, those are rare.

Mine isn't portable at all - panels mounted on the roof, inverter mounted inside the walls of the basement.

Maybe I should rephrase the question and asks....do our Voltages come with an inverter and if so what does it power??
Mine did not come with an inverter. I would say only units that come with residential refrigerators would have them stock from the manufacturer.
