Well, that's kinda tough to directly answer because of all of the changes over the past 10 years or so.
Prior to 2013, it was pretty easy. Up until then there was the simple basic model, and those with the upgraded Epic package... which was a collection of various upgrade options: frameless windows, a 2nd awning, quad entry steps, etc.
Then, in 2013 when I bought mine, they added the "Epic II package"... which was simply a collection of other option "packages" included together: the garage package, luxury interior package, exterior package, exterior entertainment package (TV & speakers), etc.
And it was easy to tell which models had the Epic II just by looking at the nose cap. The basic models and Epic I package models had the standard "white nose" from the factory... whereas those with the Epic II package came with the "black nose" (photos below)
Of course, the market couldn't stand still... so in subsequent years the Epic III, IV, and V packages were introduced as various new options & upgrades became available. Someone else will have to help you out with the details to what was included in those. The best resource for that would be the actual sales brochures, if anyone still has them.
I still have mine that I picked up from the Hershey RV show in September of 2012 when I was shopping. Since it's a 2012 brochure, it doesn't have the details for the Epic II... but here's a photo of the page that lists what was included in the first Epic package. It states:
EPIC PACKAGE FEATURES:
- Frameless Windows
- Second Electric Awning
- Upgraded Graphics
- Upgraded Furniture
- In-Skirt 50 Amp Cord Storage Box
- 6-Point Electric Leveling System
- Residential Memory Foam Mattress
- Tri-Glide Air Ride Pin Box
- Quad Entry Steps
- Wireless backup Camera System

Finally I'll include a .pdf file of all of the various options & packages from the last back of that brochure... so you can see what was available back then:
