V4000 heat and entertainment issues

Just purchased 2016 v4000 a week ago and tried running the furnace for the first time last night and we have no heat coming from the vents in the living room or the garage. Bathroom and bedroom are nice and toasty. Also trying to figure out how to have all accessories on tv like blu ray player etc to play volume through the furrion system. How do you pull it out to get at the hookups? Dealer has been absolutely useless thus far. Other then a foot long cut in the rug of the bedroom we love it!

Go down in the storage area, and check if they forgot to connect the hoses to those area's, and while you have the walls open, you should also see all the wires for the TV's etc...

We have a 2015 V4000, the bottom half of the face plate on our Furrion system comes off by just pulling at the sides, then there are 4 screws holding it in place. There are a lot of cables connected to it, so have someone else hold it while you make your connections. We ran audio cables from our Android TV box to the Furrion using a coat hanger, just be sure to turn off the breakers ahead of time.

Ive always primed the propane to the system by turning the stove on for a while and letting gas get in the lines. Run it til you smell propane.
Assuming your coach has more than one furnace?
