Cable goes to the switched cable/antenna outlet, right? To the right of the cable/antenna outlet are two cable connections, top & bottom. I assume one is the satellite in and the other is to the splitter going to the TV's...not labeled of course. I think the bottom one is from the outside satellite input? So, connect receiver to that and output from the receiver to the top cable connection?
I would have to check mine to see how I have it set-up. I do know that at one point there was a jumper between those two jacks on the one plate. Now, one of those goes to my receiver and the other comes from my receiver.

My main TV is running coax from the trailer antenna and HDMI from the Dish receiver. The other 3 TV's are receiving the Dish signal through the splitter that is fed from one of those connections at the wall plate. Push the antenna booster button and I get antenna at those three TV's. Turn off the booster and tune to channel 3 and I get satellite. The main TV isn't dependent on the booster as it gets the over the air and satellite signal from two different sources.
