Trailair pin box

Hello all, I have a 2011 voltage V3950. I want to replace the Stock pin box and I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with the new trail air? Is the new flex air worth buying? Thank you in advance for any help

Trailaire has been great for me. There is a new thread about problems with the triglide pins /welds breaking and LCI is no longer making or selling triglide pin boxes or their parts. Enough to have me nervous with the weight I pull.

I agree with what donzinger said. I love the hitch but am a bit nervous after seeing the triglide failure in the other post. I had my camper weighed on the last trip and it came out to 17,820 lbs, 3460 lbs of which was pin weight. I'm hoping LCI recognizes the liability and offers to exchange all triglides for the fixed plate, but I won't hold my breath.

I saw where you've wrote them and they have gotten back to you, anymore follow up info. I wrote them as well, but I am the slug that gets no response.

I replied to them just saying I was growing concerned about the recent failures coming to light and no response.

Don, can you elaborate a little on this failure and where can I find this thread? Thanks, BnTinNV
