Problem seems to be more crappy dealers than stellar.
Sad part is; even a good dealer can have a bad day, or a overly picky customer. One thing I always ask is the techs are RVIA certified. If not I start looking a whole lot closer at the overall operation. If they are, it is no guarantee, but it does mean that they did take some time and money to train their people.
