Tank Location on the 2013 3895

What is under the back garage bathroom. I have some work to do in there and if I need to get under it, im wondering how poopy it'll be?

Here is what im looking at, im just not sure if the flange for the toilet was cut or just covered over. Ill find out tomorow when it arrives. I m gonna trun it back into a bathroom.

As it was turned into a laundry room I would guess it shouldn't be that hard to reinstall a toilet. Of course until you get into it who knows what all they did.

Ya the only concern is the toilet flange. im a plumber so not super concerned, but be nice if it is just under that piece of black material thats there.

I must be missing something on this post. I don't understand what he is trying to do. The rear bath is gutted . Why?

the previous owner gutted it to use it as a full size laundry room. not sure why. now we are going to put it back to normal
