Shower stall

My shower wall is showing spider cracks in the wall, not sure if it is leaking though.... Curious if anyone has the manufacture sticker and phone number? I thought I tucked mine into the mass of manuals when I took it off, but cannot seem to find it. I am hoping I can just deal directly with them vice Keystone.

Cale,
Picking mine up the next few days for some CW modifications. Brand new. If there is a sticker on it, I'll shoot it out to you.

Ultra/Glas of Lakeville inc.

They would only send me a repair kit to fix the shower. They would not acknowledge that mine was defective because mine was 2 months beyond the 1 year warranty.
Good Luck!!
The dealer recommended a local tub repair guy they sometimes use and through an hour of shaming them in front of other customers on a customer appreciation day, I was able to get the dealer to pony up for the repair.......... Scheduled to have a repair estimate from repair guy in my driveway this week. We'll see how it goes with the dealer when they get the estimate.

Great, thanks for the info. Let me know what the repair guy says. I will call Ultra/Glas right now.

Just got off the phone with Ultra/Glas. They seem to be pretty nice folks...the first question asked was Date of Purchase. I told them November 2014, they gave me information to send them and they said they will send someone out to repair it. Hopefully this will go over much more smoothly than dealing with Dutchmen or the original dealer.

My shower is developing a crack in the floor near the drain. What kind of results have been seen with repairs or should the whole shower be replaced? My guess is the floor of the shower is not properly supported causing it to crack. Mine is less than a year old and only used on 4 or 5 trips.

I have not sent in the requested information to them yet. Give them a call. They are extremely helpful. I just told them I was no where near the original dealer and I have learned in the past to deal with the vendors, not Dutchmen...

Repair guy finialy came and looked at the shower. He did not think it was worth the time or effort to do a full on repair of the floor.?.? He sugested just filling it in with the repair kit they sent me. It stated in the directions that the shower will not leak unless the hole was clear through the fiberglass, and he confirmed that as well. So I did. Guy said to chip out anything with a gap under it and then fill it in. It does not look perfect, but it is now solid and should hold up. He said if it does not hold or cracks, chips, or pops out then a full repair would be needed. Since it is out of warranty, the cost is on me I guess. Wouldnt you think after hooking that $80k rig up and taking it to General RV for a shower repair, that they would just get it taken care or at least give me a quote and options. ( you know..... be an all encompassing service shop!!) Nope! Gave me this repair guys number and said.....you can probably save a few bucks having him come to your house and getting it looked at. There will be no more dealings with Mt. Clemens General RV.

Prior to repair.
There is a gap (void) between the Gel Coat and the fiberglass wich equates to weak spot (Defect).

Sure looks like you did a nice job with the repair. If you hadn't posted the defect picture I wouldn't have been able to tell where the defect was.

That is a nice repair job. For the record, I was born in Mt. Clemens.

Thanks DesertRat! I am over it now. Just seems ****ty to get jerked around between the Dealer, factory, & shower vendor and end up fixing it myself feeling like I just wasted my time buying it locally. I am very handy and have an extensive background serving as " Jack of all Trades", now I know to just suck it up and do it myself. Silly me, thinking anyone would stand behind an obvious defect. Lol
