The "V" series is not as high end as the regular voltage, but our trailers are a lot lighter and less expensive, the quality of build is the same (same factory workers) so the problems you might have, guaranteed that some one in a higher end trailer would have the same problem. LOL The major difference in mine to yours is you have a 10' garage, mine is 11' and have a second bathroom. Yes luxury trailers for sure, my family and friend poke fun at my wife and I all the time about its size, they say we're "Glamping" No problem, in our neighborhood, we are the "High Class Hillbillies" we have a lot of fun with that name. These trailers tow great in the mountains, and seem to balanced very well when loaded.

Yes I remover the sconce light and taped into the hot & common, and fused the hot side. The one on the slide I removed drawer under the closet and taped the light circuit there and fused it.

Well, I'm pretty happy with the "V" series I have so far .... much nicer than the other trailer I had.

I still have a few mods planned, but nothing real pressing.

Flag Mount

It was Memorial Day - had to add a flag mount. Drilled/tapped the pin box and mounted the base with stainless machine screws.

I mounted my flag in the same place except I just use about 3' of double sided velcro and wrapped it around the shock absorber on the hitch. Makes for quick removal if it gets to windy or time to leave, also no drilling required.

Lowes - Called something like Rain and Shine - I don't know if all stores are set up the same, but these were in an aisle display between the light bulbs and the barbeques... $10

Rear ram springs

As we have added a matt on our rear ramp door it's getting a little hard to lift .

Here is a modification that helps. If your springs are getting tired it will help with that also.

Quad steps for v-series

If anyone wants quad steps on your v-series, etrailer has some for a good price. I got the ones made by Flexco. They are easier to climb if you have knee/back problems. The steps are 8 inches apart compared to the factory lippert triple step which are over 9 inches. Not to mention they are smooth which feels a lot better on my bare feet.

Table legs storage

I've always had a problem of where to store the table legs when traveling. Tried a couple of different places & options but figured there has to be a better way.
As i was walking down a isle in Harbor Freight it hit me. So I bought two magnetic tool holders & mounted them as shown.

I had used that area in the past but just didn't care for how I had them tied down.
These magnets hold very well.

Good Job Desert!!! That's the BOMB!!! I'm going to slip into Canadian tire for a pair of them now too. Now to figure out what to do with the table without stowing under the bed or on top of the bunk beds.

installed outside television swivel mount

Purchased a swivel tv mount for the outside television. Family likes to watch Gopro videos we take from our camera and also view our vacation pictures etc, problem was hooking up USB data and video cords to back of the monitor just no access to rear of tv. Solution was easy to mount swivel mount from Sanus available best buy.also on sunny days makes viewing angle alot more comfortable,.

Nice...

I've been thinking of doing the same. I've had to install swivel mounts on all of my interior TV's, since I installed larger screens in every room... but just hadn't gotten around to the exterior yet. I bet it does help a lot in re viewing angles with the sun.

I'd love to put a larger screen out there too... but I don't think the compartment will hold anything substantially larger. At least, not enough to make it worth the effort.
